Am I a wedding photographer or a wedding planner?

The answer for this is, “A bit of both” I must say.

A wedding photographer like myself is the one that see people’s wedding from the start till the end. So we (as in photographers) know how the day will run on the day and how much time the couples needs for this and that.

How long the ceremony goes for?

How much time do I need to give notice to my celebrant?

How much time do we need for Hair & Make-up in the morning?

Any great florists that you know? What’s the trends these days?

What’s this venue is like? What time do they want us to start the reception?

I can answer all these kind of questions based on what I have done in the last 20 years.

So I am like a little wedding planner before your wedding day!

On your wedding day, not only I photograph your wedding, I fluff up your dress, fix up your bouquet when it’s necessary, I communicate with your celebrant, the venue manager or MC or DJ to make sure that the day will run smoothly, also.

So I am like a little wedding coordinator on the day!!

Wedding is a team work after all.

So please send me the list of other suppliers that you have booked on your wedding day.
So I will know who I will be working with!
